Weezie is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, process-loving Wholesale Coordinator to help grow Weezie's wholesale presence. You will help support the VP of Merchandising and Business Development by responding to wholesale inquiries, onboarding new accounts, assisting with reorders and more. This role is a part-time role with an expected 5-10 hours of work per week. 

What you’ll do: 

• Serve as an Account Manager and key liaison between Weezie and its wholesale accounts
• Vet new wholesale accounts to ensure partners meet Weezie's requirements
• Set-up qualified partners with relevant contracts and B2B portal access
• Train new accounts on how to work best with Weezie 
• Outreach to prospective new accounts

Who you are: 

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment 
• Familiarity with the Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc) and Excel
• You are detail oriented and extremely organized
• You have no issue adhering to deadlines
• You can communicate clearly and seamlessly with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders

• Hybrid work environment: As you get ramped up, you will work a few hours a week in our Westside Provisions office in Atlanta, GA. Once you are fully onboarded, this job can be performed remotely.
